In the army practical exercises are designed to enable soldiers to deal with any situation, these exercises are often conducted using live explosives to provide a form of ‘battlefield inoculation’ this can also apply to those working within a corporate environment in terms of simulating conditions that can reduce levels of stress, anxiety and pressure. We will discuss and practice the various techniques that you can apply to help alleviate stress and pressure in any situation.
John Allison retired from the British Army having completed 24 years of service, primarily in the field of bomb disposal, counter-terrorist search and intelligence.
