Building Resilience to Pressure Masterclass
This session will equip you with the long-term tools you need to approach pressured or stressful situations in a more positive and productive way.
Attendees will learn how to:
- Identify the difference between pressure and anxiety and how these can lead to stress
- Recognise the symptoms that cause them stress and how behavioural triggers & limiting beliefs impact their response to pressure
- Take positive control of your thinking patterns and your behaviours so that you can more actively take control of situations, building your confidence and self-esteem
- Use tips and strategies to help manage pressure within their lives and improve performance/ general wellbeing
Soraya Shaw has been an Executive Coach and behavioral expert for over 13 years and is a qualified Accredited Executive Coach with the Association for Coaching (AC), founding member and past council board member for the AC. She has extensive training in neuropsychology and its application on performance, is an NLP Practitioner and Emotions and Behaviours at Work practitioner. Soraya also has a post graduate CIPD Diploma in Leadership and Management
