Junior Data Strategist London – Added 25/05/2017
This is to work on LIDA’s flagship IKEA business. We run the IKEA FAMILY loyalty programme in the UK giving customers relevant reasons to visit the store through highly targeted communications.
Our mission is to build on the award-winning work we have been delivering for IKEA and in 2017 make a fundamental shift from siloes targeted direct campaigns to flowing messaging across an owned, earned and paid channel set. In the past, most communications have been planned according to an IKEA calendar whereas we are now moving towards a growth in customer triggered communications that complement IKEA’s planned activities.
Our Junior Data Strategist will play a pivotal role in developing the customer strategy by understanding customers as individuals and what customer behaviour the activity is trying to affect. You’ll be a part of wider strategy team who collectively uncover new insights to fuel our thinking across channels, content, commercial and creative strategy.
The role is in the data strategy team and reports in to the Senior Data Strategist.
